Masters of Luxury

Masters of Luxury
Yokoso Japanese Gardens participated with a show garden at the Masters of LXRY trade show 2017 in the RAI Amsterdam. The show garden was built in just a few days and it contained many unique elements of the traditional Japanese garden. Think of the stone lanterns, the Tsukubai, the Kutsunugi-ishi, the stone bridge, stepping stones, Japanese rocks, trees, plants and grass. The type of garden that we built at the Masters of LXRY trade show is known as Karesansui or dry rock garden. In this type of Japanese garden, no water is used although the waves that were made in the gravel do remind you of water.
The authentic handcrafted wooden constructions that Yokoso Japanese Gardens is known for were also present in the form of a traditional wooden gate. This gate served as the entrance to the show garden where visitors of the trade show were introduced to the art of the Japanese garden.
