Japanese Antique Ceramic Roof Tiles
In the Japanese garden, much use is made of old and antique materials such as granite, millstones, old parts of ornaments, you name it. This way, the old roof tiles are also reused.
The antique roof tiles are frequently used in Japan to accentuate the separation between gravel and green. The roof tiles are then placed upright in the ground and protrude between 5 and 10 cm above the gravel level. Usually, simple rows are applied. However, interesting patterns can also be created by combining multiple rows.
