Item description
Unique bronze statue of Daikokuten, the Japanese god of wealth and the household. Daikokuten is one of the Seven Lucky Gods, better known as Fukujin. He is characterized by his broad smile and flat cap. In his hand he holds a mallet and under his feet are two big bales of rice which symbolizes a good harvest. The antique statue originated from Nagoya and is rather heavy for its size.
